Why Do I Have Two Networks Showing In Resource Monitor

I would like to know why I'm hardwired connected and there is little activity on this Ethernet, yet most of the activity is in on the Network. Since, I am looking for a hidden user/hacker I'm wondering if this is them. I already have there volume numbers of there disk but I'm not sure what to do with that. Also they are connected to a Server drive at sign in, sorta like if I had an external drive for back up to my computer connected and it would run then.I would also like to know how to delete or disable Microsoft Remote Desktop Session Host Server Network Provider. I do not remember seeing

    :)

Does Resource Monitor Network show all network activity on my PC?

    Dear all

I have often used Windows own inbuilt Resource Monitor Network, to monitor upload and download traffic in real-time on my PC.

    1.
Can I be sure, that Resource Monitor Network show all and every network activity on my PC?
And that there is no download / upload activity, that is hidden / not shown?

    Thank you for replying
