Windows 10: Why do i keep get a black screen?

Hi! I was using my computer with windows 10 normally and out of nowhere i had a black screen and i was not able to do anything so i forced restarted it and after some seconds everything turned just blue. I tried different things that i found on internet, from deleting my GPU drivers to even clean the ram. Now my pc is either crashing at the start up when i turn it on or i can use it but only for a couple of seconds which aren't enough to even install the drivers. I really need help with this and i want to understand what's the problem.
