Windows 10: Why do I keep getting a black screen when trying to get into windows?

So i just built a pc and everything was going great it was installed and all the updates updated well later when i turned off my pc i turned it off everything was fine but then when i plugged it in again it went to BIOS and when trying to launch windows all I got was a black screen and I’ve reinstalled it twice and got the same thing the other two times what could be the problem?

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Try this quoted from "VisiHow" article "Repair Windows 7 Black Screen of Death":

Google search and you will find a lot of the "Windows Black Screen of Death with cursor" fixes.
