Technical Difficulties are happening tonight

I seem to be having technical difficulties tonight. My phone is having delayed messages through Facebook Messenger and my laptop says it wasn't fully up to date. I don't understand as I am always on top of keeping all of my computers up to date. It's supposed to be set to Automatic Updates anyways. Below is the screenshot of what my computer said. In regards to the phone, I was told by a friend that she was experiencing delayed messages through Facebook Messenger as well. She said the software on these iPhones always get buggy when they are about to release a software update such as iOS 10.3.3 and iOS 11.

 

What happens to my phone contact list if hotmail gets hacked and contacts wiped out?

Just wondering about how syncing works? Which has priority? The contact list on phone or in hotmail. What happens if hotmail is hacked and my contact list is wiped out. Will my phone contact list get wiped out the next time it syncs?

 

Technical Difficulties are happening tonight

After the major problems ten days or so ago when internal MS builds got released as updates (and caused me several hours work wondering what was going on) I set my Pro version to defer updates.

I am still being told that my system is out of date and to run a manual check to 'fix this'. I presume, because of my settings, that the updates are not found and yet the message persists. Not good.

Defender is updating normally.
