    Why do I lose all my settings and files everytime I restart my PC in Windows 10


    I have a Dell Inspiron 3670 desktop with Windows 10 Version 1903 Build 18362.959. Every time I restart it I lose all my files, documents, and pictures and all my settings. My browser default was Firefox and it is reset to Edge. I had DropBox and it is gone. None of my Dell apps work. What can I do to fix it? Thanks

    Everytime I restart my PC all accounts logoff

    I think the title is self-explanatory. When I restart my PC, everything I sign in loggout by itself, even 3 party programs logs me out everytime. My Windows 10 its on 2004 build and 19041.329 version.

    windows 10 deleted my desktop files

    Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

    Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

    copied all files again to desktop.

    Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

    Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

    • Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
    • Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
    • Click on Users, select your User name
    • Go to desktop folder
    Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.

    No. All my browsers was restored to default. Furthermore, even desktop apps which requires to log in (such as e-mail app from Windows Store and OneDrive) logs me out and doesn't log me in automatically and the computer starts. I have to log on all my accounts everytime. I don't recall switching any windows configurations. I scanned for malware with Karspesky and didn't found anything.
