    clipchamp Free Online Video Editor Clipchamp - Fast & EasyThis is a problem from within the company. For some reason, we do not allow clipchamp to be installed directly through the Microsoft store, so we use the offline version of the installation package, see the picture attachment, but the following error occurs intermittently when exporting videos during use. what is the reason? How to solve it?And we also use the online version and the same problemIf there is an updated rep

    Clipchamp - remove video from servers

    Following instructions on the Clipchamp desktop app for MS Windows, I had to - there was NO other option - to upload a video that I edited with Clipchamp to wherever they are stored in their cloud servers. Now, I cannot delete it from the servers, and I have even deleted it from the editing app. I have contacted both, Clipchamp and MS multiple times, I have reported the video to be taken down (even though I am the rightful owner) on the video link. NOTHING, Clipchamp has not taken that video down.

    This is a clear violation of consumer rights - besides a flaw in the design of the app.

    Anyone has any ideas on how to remove that video from their servers on the consumer side?

    • What happens when you try to save the file with a different name?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps that you have tried?


    As per the description in the screenshot, firstly, I would suggest you to close all other instances of Photos app and then try exporting the video.



    If that doesn’t help follow the steps mentioned below:



    Method 1: Using a different file name



    You can try using a different file name and see if that makes a difference.



    Method 2: Saving in a different location



    I suggest you to try exporting the file in a different location and see if you are able to export it.



    Method 3: Creating a new video



    If the issue persists, you can try creating the video from scratch and check if that helps.
