Windows 10: Why do I only hear a "chipmunk voice" during phone calls?

I am having issues with using the Phone Link. Texts and connecting incoming/outgoing calls works fine until the other person speaks. Nor can they hear me. I can't seem to troubleshoot it correctly. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi

I bought a Lumia 650 not long ago,probably 6 month.

Whenever I try to call I cant hear their voice but others can hear my voice.All I can do is turn on the speaker or plugin a headphones to talk.

I have tried these following steps that I found on the internet

1) restarted my phone to check if it would work

2) reset my phone several times

i tried doing WhatsApp call and skype call and I face the same problem

please give me a suggestion on what to do

Cannot hear the voice calls on Nokia 301

Cannot hear the voice calls on Nokia 301.

I have tried,

1. Switching OFF and then switching ON
2. Increasing the volume of calls
3. Removal of battery and reinsertion

for rectification of this issue, but in vain.

Please help.
