It looks like Windows 11 hasn’t loaded correctly - blue screen of death

Every couple of weeks I get the blue screen saying It looks like windows 11 hasn’t loaded correctly and then have to restart the computer about 10 times before it decides to load. I try and do the windows re-install options with the key but I continue to get the same message before eventually something clicks and it decides to work. My laptop is less than 18 months old and it’s incredibly frustrating!

I’ve got my minidump file as I’ve seen on a previous post…how do I go about sending this to get it analysed for the issue?

    Thanks

It looks like Windows did not load correctly, no minidump in file.

Settings has minidump turned on as suggested in previous posts, yet there is nothing after the did not load correctly blue screen occurs.

Is there something else that needs to be done?

Looks like windows didn't load correctly

It has happened several times. Nearly every time I use my computer for work it randomly restarts and gives me a blue screen saying something like "windows didn't load correctly". I need a fix to this issue immediately. I work on zoom all day so I cannot have it restarting a hundred times a day.
