Windows 10: Why do I still get Microsoft emails in Chinese

For many years I lived in Hong Kong. I am not Chinese and do not read Chinese. Some computers purchased from Dell or other manufacturers came with Chinese operating systems, which I then changed to English. More than 30 years later and many, many devices later I still get messages in Chinese on my computer. Computers purchased in Canada and shipped from the US. If I have to reset my MS password the message arrives in a Chinese email. I have changes the languages in settings. I have changed regional settings. Nothing gets rid of it and quite frankly I’m sick of it. I’ve followed every tech exp

• As you have mentioned this happens only in the Admin account, is it local account set as admin account or the Microsoft account?

I would suggest you to check the all apps list and check if that Chinese character app is present.

After you try the above steps and share us the results what happens we can proceed with the further suggestions.

Changed Cortana into US English but Still Replied in Chinese

I suggest you to Remove the Chineselanguage and add it again and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Remove the Chinese language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Chineselanguage.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add ChineseLanguage.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the Chinese language from the given list.

Microsoft communications in Chinese

I am in USA but all of the emails and texts I receive from Microsoft is in Chinese. It happens on my pc, ipads, and iphones.

I saw that other people have this problem but not a resolution. Any suggestions how to resolve?
