Windows 10: Why do I suddenly have a serious problem with banking software with Windows 11?

Banking and other secure software - like online grocery shopping - all stopped working on my Windows 11 device. Other devices in the same room, using the same sites but on devices with other operating systems, are fine. I've gone through the drill with enpting cache and trying different browsers but it is only the Windows 11 device having issues and it hass the same issue on all browsers. This started happening after a recent update.

problem in downloading state bank of India mobile banking software

As mentioned by 93tid in all probabilities the Bank has not come out the application compatible to Windows Phones. AFAIK,
no bank in India has developed their banking application for these devices . In fact I have suggested the banks where I have an account to develope application long ago ( just before WP8 was to be released) but none have done so yet ...

 

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
