Windows 10: Why do my photos print with red shadows instead of black?

I have what seems to be a unique problem as I have not seen it addressed anywhere on the internet. I have Windows 10 and each time I print a photo from the Microsoft Photos App I get red shadows instead of black. It is not a problem with my Epson XP-620 printer or its associated drivers because I can print perfect copies of photos that I scan. Also, Epson tech support has determined that the problem is with Windows 10. Tech support for Windows has not come up with a solution Microsoft case #104 623 2741. Photos printed from the Google Photos app and from the GIMP app also come up

Printing a photo on windows 10

You can use Windows Photo App to print the photos in windows 10.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key and type Photos.
• Select the photo.
• Right click on the photo.
• Select print option.
• Then you will be able to print photos.
