    Why do my pop-up windows continually move down and off screen when they reopen?


    If a program opens a separate window that is not maximized, it moves down every time it appears, until the bottom is off screen usually after 3 times opening. I have to manually move it up to access the response buttons at the bottom OK, Cancel, etc. I'm not really sure if this is a Windows thing, but I figured this was somewhere to start and maybe get ideas on what to look at.Edition Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 Installed on ‎2022-‎09-‎29 OS build 22631.2861 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0
