Windows 10: Why do my print settings/alignment keep changing?

I print weekly on the same pre-printed check stock and the text keeps moving down a bit. Now the name is under the "Pay to the Order of" line.

If you are unable to print and as an initial troubleshooting step,
I suggest you to run printer troubleshooter and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click Printer.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

6. Check if issue persists.

Microsoft To Do -- how to change from double spaced printing

I switched over from Wunderlist. Was able to print lists from Wunderlist, single spaced. To Do prints double spaced only, and there seems to be no way to change that. Anyone figure out how to change to single spaced? My first contact with Office support
suggested making changes to the settings in Microsoft Word. I tried but that did not help with To Do. Second suggestion was to contact Windows support, suggesting it must then be something in Windows Settings. Wasn't able to get connected with Windows support,
so just checking here if anyone has an answer on how to get To Do to print single spaced lists?
