Windows 10: why do my usbs work when booting my pc but not when i reach the login screen

when i turn my pc on the keyboard and mouse glow for a few seconds until i reach the login screen then they dont work at all it started after i moved my pc and i cant get it to work anymore

PC restarting at login screen, Can boot to safe mode

PC reboots when it reaches the login screen. Works fine in safe mode/safe mode with networking. I'm at a loss at what else to do. Please Help!

So far what I've tried:

• startup repair
  
• system restore
  
• sfc scannow
  
• dism check/scan/restore
  
• chkdsk
  
• cmos battery clear
  
• booting PC with only boot drive
  
• uninstall latest quality/feature update
  
• malwarebytes full scan on all drives
  
• uninstalled malwarebytes
  
• reinstalling windows on boot drive
  

I'm forgetting other fixes I've tried but if it's not listed here feel free to suggest them.

I can't manage to get a memory dump either.

Specs:

• cpu: 5700x
  
• gpu: asus radeon 6600xt dual
  
• ram: corsair 2x16gb cl16 ddr4 3200mhz
  
• psu: BitFenix Whisper M 650W 80+ Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
  
• boot drive: sandisk x400 256gb

is there anyway to stop windows going into the login screen wen i boot up and leave my pc for more then 10mins?i have no password set and im the only user!!

PC keeps crashing after reaching login screen

So my PC keeps crashing after a few seconds when it reaches the login screen it boots up fine in safe Mode tho
