Windows 10: Why do random xbox images keep apearing on my captures list with thousands already being...

So many images have been downloaded onto my pc and I am not doing it. its hard to explain but i will upload a video to my yt and link it at the end of this text. Whenever I try to locate the images it brings me to my D drive and theres a folder there I am not allowed to open, even though this is MY computer and my account is the only one there is. My yt channel is here. I did move my minecraft from my C to my D drive.

Xbox captures default folder

Yes, you can change the default folder for Xbox captures in OneDrive by following these steps:

1. Open the OneDrive app on your device.
   
2. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and select "Settings."
   
3. Go to the "Auto Save" tab.
   
4. Under the "Screenshots" and "Captured gameplay" sections, select the "OneDrive" option and then click "Update folders."
   
5. Deselect the Xbox captures folder that you no longer want to be the default and select the new folder you want to use instead.
   
6. Click "Update" to save your changes.
   

After completing these steps, any new Xbox captures will be saved to the new default folder you selected in OneDrive. If you want to move your existing captures to the new folder, you can do so by selecting them in OneDrive and using the "Move" function to move them to the new folder.

xbox 360 splitting video signal

Hello,

I just happened to come over your post.

Could you please tell us exactly where you don't get any signal? Both the screen and the computer (via capture device)?

Have you tried the following?

• Make sure you get a signal to the screen when using an HDMI cable directly from the Xbox 360 to the screen. Please make sure all cables work.
• Make sure you get a signal to the capture card with the same cables.

If you get a signal on the screen but not on the computer, could you please try the following?

• Set the Xbox 360 to output at 720p. The frame rate will (or should) be 59.94.
• If possible, make sure you capture the video with the same settings on the computer.
• Try any other settings if this does not work.

If it still does not work, please try this in the same order:

• Power off computer (and capture device) and Xbox 360.
• Power on computer (and capture device) and wait until the capture device is properly powered on and initialized.
• Power on the Xbox 360.
• Make sure you can capture properly.

If it still does not work, make sure that one or more of the following are not defective:

• The HDMI-VGA/composite adapter.
• The VGA cable.
• The capture device (could be just the input connector).

If that works, please install the HDMI splitter.

I am wondering a bit why you show us the wires inside the HDMI cable. Did you remove the isolation and/or do something with the wires?

I am not sure what else to suggest at the moment.

Could you please tell me/us the model of your capture device, and also the adapter between the HDMI cable and capture device?

Need Help: Can't capture image of Windows 11 from Hyper-V

I could capturing volume in physical device.

Maybe, you can capture volume with dism.exe.



Step by steps,

1. Boot WinPE by USB storage.

2. Shift + F10 (run cmd.exe).

X: WinPE

C: USB Storage

I'd like to add "D:" for capturing volume.

3. run diskpart.

4. assign drive letter that you 'd like to capturing volume.



For example,

diskpart

list disk

select disk 0

list volume

select volume 0

assign letter=D



5. dism.exe /Capture-Image /ImageFile:C:\sources\install.wim /CaptureDir:\



Please try to capture in Hyper-V enviroment.
