Windows 10: Why do "Refreshing your device" takes too long?

I gave my windows 10 laptop a fresh start, followed all the instructions on the website, then the pc restarted. The "Refreshing your device" showed up, then it got stuck at 68℅ idk its been an hour now

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account
  

If the issue still persists I suggest you to provide us the screen shot of the issue.

Win10 Email refresh?

Fine about refresh button. But how about auto refresh at regular intervals. You guys are experts in killing your own products. Come with regular product launches without testing them fully and cause forced inconveniences to Users.

How long it takes to refresh desktop(F5)

• Were there any changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• Were you able to check the task manager if there are many applications running in the background?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already performed?
