    Why do some alarms pop up a second time after having been dismissed? And how to fix. This happens 1/2 the time only. Using Windows 11

    WM6.1 Dismiss Alarm Notification

    Thanks i will try that, i have only had the phone a few weeks, i will give the soft reset a go, its odd as the calendar alerts dont display a pop up either to dismiss it.

    I downloaded G-Alarm for a replacement alarm but the same happens on that, within the options of G-Alarm there was also an option to apply windows alarm fix which was ticked by default but that didnt seem to fix anything.

    Win 10: Set an alarm that will auto-dismiss after 60 seconds of alarm sounding

    With Cortana, a user can set up an alarm. In an office environment the alarm sounds forever and disturbs colleagues.

    Is there a way to set a default auto-dismiss time for any future alarm made with Cortana?

    Hi Mike, I want to make sure I understand what you are seeing. Are you getting pop ups when the alarm goes off? I'm wondering if the dismiss is on the pop up?
