  1. Why do some users require a review que and others don't to comment on?

Other complaints are about being put on moderation all the time which is NOT my case. My case is certain users if you reply will cause a 'Thanks. We'll review this comment and remove it if it doesn't meet our guidelines." but other posts in that same thread goes thru just fine? Is it because someone else is blocked causing me to be flagged if I reply to them or is it the content? I was mentioning about a great awakening documentary showing about the World Economic Forum as someone asked 'What's wrong with the World Economic Forum'. Answer? EVERYTHING. To keep it short

  2. MSN comments being "reviewed".

Sorry but you will not be able to contact MSN staff to find out which comments are being reviewed or why.

You will not receive a personalized reply but you can submit your concerns about this through the Feedback link that's on nearly every MSN webpage.

Stuck on Bios- custom PC - quick re-build ques

There is an updated UEFI Bios for this motherboard... but it's still listed as Beta and requires a complete clearout of the the previous Bios. As the OP is still on "Small Steps" I think it would be prudent to let this pass... *Wink - - - Updated - - - Use USB 1.1/2.0 port

Why do some games completely max out a GPU while others don't?: For example, GTA 5 uses 98-100% on pretty high settings, getting 45-50FPS.
