Windows 10: Why do the backgrounds of transparent image files turn black on random occasions and how do...

I am really tired of this sort of thing happening to me. So, can someone please tell me what I can do?

Background of transparent images are black in explorer

I have a folder of icons that I use for my design work and after moving to Windows 10, the explorer shows black background where it should be transparent/white. It makes working very hard especially when icon itself is primarily dark colors. Please suggest
a fix to change colors.

 

Transparency PNG file turns black

Every piece of artwork I have and use (game design) has a transparent background saved as a PNG file. New computer (Acer), Windows 10,
all drivers are updated, eliminated cache, changed file name, moved file location, and all ten other ideas I've read online. None of them work. And worse yet, when I import the artwork into Photoshop, the black background carries with it -
not good if the artwork is black and white!

When I load the file into photoshop, I can save it with a transparent background. It saves as a transparent background (can see the image appear in the file). Then, approximately three seconds later it turns it black. Crazy thing is when I first got the
new computer it didn't do this. Transparency worked fine. And judging by the other hundred comments I've seen, this is not a new problem. It looks like this:

Has anyone found a workaround? Please please please help. I cannot continue my work until this is solved. Thank you.

 

OneDrive Personal shows images with transparent backgrounds as black

When viewing these in windows explorer, the backgrounds show as black for transparent images. When you have a logo with black text on it, all you see is a black rectangle.



Copying the same file to OneDrive for business or local drive, the rendered preview icon looks normal. The behavior only affects files in OneDrive Personal.
