Windows 10: Why do the items in my feed not change, when blocked still appear etc. etc. Looking at MSN...

My question is - how do I block stories from my news feed. I have indicated by pressing the "block" button on two papers, however, on looking at the items on my blocked feed see these are still live. I have blocked these for approx the last 3/4 days so it is not something which I have just done in the last hour or so. The items are so banal and infantile and I wonder just what is considered newsworthy by this "feed". Really, would you want to read about a woman who dies because she drank too much water in hospital!??? Beggars belief. Please can something be done. I am fed up clicking t

How do I remove the MSN News Feed in my Windows 10 Edge Browser?

The MSN news Feed is not to my taste and I would prefer to use the BBC News Feed.

If I can...how?

Why does every item I buy on eBay appear on MSN as an advert for the similar items the next day, today its BIBLES, this happens with every item I buy & has been for a long time now...

Update: Is MSN monitoring my computer, or is eBay sending info to MSN on purchases I make... It seems like I'm being "hacked" or at least something is planted on my computer watching my usage on the internet...???

I bought a BIBLE yesterday, a very personal purchase for myself, but to see the same item being advertised on my MSN feed the very next morning is disconcerting to say the least, I feel like I'm being watched... How do I stop this???

 

Change "Open with" list items

I have difficulties changing open with menu items.


My current open with menu looks like that:




My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.zip\OpenWith List looks like that:




Why doesnt windows respect My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.zip\OpenWith List ?

For example VLC and Explorer are not listed there at all for zip. How do they appear?

And gzdoom forexample is listed there but it does not appear in open with menu.

My goal is to add gzdoom for zip files. How do I do it? If I use choose aaother app and check always open ... then it replaces 7zip. I dont want that. I still want to keep 7z as default choice, I just want to add gzdoom to that menu.

I also found suggestion to look at \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications"ProgramName.exe"\SupportedTypes

But that is also confusing for me because for example Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\7zFM.exe does not even have SupportedTypes but windows still knows what it can open.
