Windows 10: Why do u even bother making the store

You guys are terrible your Microsoft store is worse than a government website..Slower than low iq individuals..When I download something it takes 1 hr just to start the download... Prepareing for download like bro you beg us to use this store and not steam and chrome but u can't even provide a proper appThen finnally the download starts with a terrible down speed U guys should just shut this app down Linux is far better

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.

I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

  Press Windows Key + X.

  Click on Control Panel.

  On the left pane, click on View All.

  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.
