Windows 10: Why do you allow hypervisors you know are illegally used?

As a 15+ year victims of this horrible hypervisor tool of yours , I would like to know if you have any conscious feelings knowing how it's employed to harass, provoke, and intentionally hurt american citizens by government agencies? The agency I am speaking about has received thousands of requests from me for information,warrants and justification for the malicious actions taken using this horrible tool. I have yet to receive a single bit of information, in fact, they actively blocked me from acquiring any legal assistance and everything is such a secret ? There are hundreds of undeniable cons

Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this

Microsoft products illegally used (cracked)

Literally all over the subcontinent, (pakistan, india, etc), all products of microsoft (i.e. windows, office) are used illegally (cracked). Why doesn't Microsoft take any step to stop this? This is so normal here in Pakistan. Literally all businesses run over cracked softwares here. Or is it allowed by microsoft to do this? (obviously not).

The problem is that even all the education systems here do this, so how would one pursue any career without indulging in piracy in these countries?
