I suggest you to try the steps below to see the hidden devices present in the device manager:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• On the file ribbon click on View.
• From the menu select Show hidden devices.

Once you are able to see the driver, I suggest you to delete the drivers and reinstall the latest Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check it helps.
