Unfortunately "Phone link" is a system app included on Windows 11, so normally you cannot uninstall this application. What you could do is disable The Phone Link App by doing this steps below.

1. Press the Windows key and the I button simultaneously to launch the Settings app.

2. After that, select Apps from the left pane.

3. Go to Apps & Features, which includes all Apps installed on your Windows PC.

4. After that, the App list will appear. Search for the Phone Link app on your PC.

5. After finding the app, click on the three vertical dots and select Advanced options to continue.

6. Now select this app and run the background option to Never in the Background Apps Permissions section.

7. Once it’s done, scroll down below and select the Terminate button in the area that says “Terminate.” This will ensure that the app will be completely disabled, and unless you forcefully open it again, it will remain disabled in the background.

But if you really prefer to have this app uninstalled, please follow this steps instead.

1. To find Windows Terminal (commonly known as Windows Power Shell), search for Terminal in the Start Menu.

2. Then, right-click on the ‘Windows Terminal’ tile and choose the ‘Run as Administrator option from the context menu.

3. Now, on the PowerShell window, type or copy+paste the following command below and press enter.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

The procedure to remove the Phone Link app from your PC will now be started by Power Shell. The application will be removed from your system after the process, so wait for it to be completed. After removing the Phone Link app, you won’t receive a confirmation notification or message. But, the Phone Link app will no longer be available after this procedure, whether you seek it in the Start menu or in the list of applications.
