Windows 10: Why do you updates my computer??????? I had a ton of work open!

I don't even know where to begin-I fell asleep and had FTP, Spreadsheets, PHP files, web pages, and many other work-related items open. I wake up and you updated my computer and closed all of my work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY? Quit updating our computers because you feel like it! This has got to be the 30th time you guys have done that to me, and this is the second post I have made on it!Someone please tell me how I keep Microsoft from updating when they want. I can only delay it for a two weeks or whatever.I feel like they are some fridge repairman who I find eating a sandwich at 2am and I'm like w

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
