Windows 10: Why does 0x80049dd3 come up in the Outlook desktop app?

In Windows 10 when I open or work with mail in the Outlook desktop app local installation the message no access keeps coming up.Then I get a message that I have to select continue to sign in to this account, or manage to remove the account.Then the message something went wrong, try again later 0x80049dd3 comes up.I can then select send feedback or cancel as I choose, and then I get logged in and can continue working.Can something be done to get this away, so that I don't often get interruptions with this?Is it a known bug, and/or could it pose a security risk?

Cannot sync Outlook on my desktop with my live account

To better help you with your concern, kindly tell us which version of Outlook App are you using?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below and check if the same thing will happen:

• Open the Outlook App in safe mode. Here are the steps:
  
  1.1. Press Windows + R, type Outlook /safe, and then hit
  Enter.
• Disable the Outlook connector and then re-enable it.

7 & 8 for Consumers.

I understand the inconvenience as you are unable to access Outlook after installing Windows 10.

Kindly let us know with the following to understand the issue and assist you better:

• How have you installed Windows 10 (Upgraded/ Clean installation)?
• Are you referring to Outlook Mail Client or Outlook.com website?
• Were you able to see any error message/ error notification?

Step 1: If you are referring to Outlook App, I suggest you to run Windows Store App troubleshooter and check.

Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

• • • Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
    • Click on View All on left side and select
      Windows Store Apps.
    • Select "Advance" and click on "Run as Administrator".
    • Click "Next" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Step 2: If you are referring to Outlook.com account, I suggest you to access in different web browser and check.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
