Windows 10: Why does a blue window randomly flash on my laptop screen?

Hello,I have Windows 11 installed on my laptop and while on a website or just online searching with Google, a blue window randomly flashes on my screen. I could be typing and it will happen too. Its like a page is going to open and I see a blue square start appearing to open and then it disappears. Is this something to do with Microsoft Edge? I have it on my laptop, however I use Google. This has been happening for awhile and I have tried to troubleshoot myself and can't seem to fix the problem. Your help is greatly appreciated : Thank you!!

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
