Windows 10: Why Does A Cmd Window pop up whenever i restart my laptop?

Hello, I Am Having This Problem Where Whenever I Shutdown My Laptop or Restart it a CMD Window Pops Up Out of nowhere, and then sometimes I Have To Close It Manually Or Sometimes it just vanishes Away by Itself. Also, I Have Noticed That It Is Making My Laptop Slower. I Have Included 2 screenshots which u can check out below. Also, If Somebody Have Tips on Making My Laptop Faster Please Let Me Know. Bitdefender pop up error at restart

Every time I reboot my laptop (windows 10 pro), it does the normal 'restarting'
then I get this pop up. If left alone it goes away, and the laptop restarts.
The file BitDefender Threat Scanner.dmp in is not readable in notepad.
Any suggestions on resolving this?

 

CMD pop up

Just recently CMD has popped up at start up. Flashes on for a few seconds, no message, its blank.

I have tried all the suggestions on line, even stopping Microsoft services that seems to work but gets rid of on screen caps indication.

Running Windows 10 on a Acer laptop. Recent updates include Microsoft and Display adapter.

Any suggestions that I have not tried already would be appreciated ?

 

Blank cmd pops up?

When my laptop is in charging, suddenly blank cmd pops up. It restart the google chrome and set the default search as bing. I have updated the drivers and window but still the problem continues
