Windows 10: Why does a white window pop up / flash for a fraction of a second in Windows 11 after...

After installing the KB5043145 update for Windows 11 23H2, every single time I turn on or restart my computer a white window pops up / flashes for a fraction of a second and then it disappears This white window doesn't contain any text or images, it is just a white square. This white window always pops up / flashes approximately 2 minutes after I have turned on or restarted my desktop computer.This had never happened before. This white window started popping up / flashing after the installation of the KB5043145 update as I mentioned above. I have used PowerShell to run System File Checker "

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Waking from sleep unusual window flashes on screen for fraction of second

This is going to be difficult to describe accurately so please bare with me!

When I bring my asus laptop out of sleep (windows 10 ) a window approximately 20cm x 10cm flashes on the screen once and then disappears and doesnt reappear until you bring the laptop out of sleep again.

This window is only on the screen for a fraction of second and its too quick to see what sort of window it is and whether there is any text in it. It is just too quick to see

But........Its very annoying

Anyone know how to stop it please
