Windows 10: Why does a Windows reset not remove all my hard drive files

Hi,I need to fully clean the drive on my PC in order to sell/give away.Following a number of attempts at a full Windows 10 reset and selecting the option to delete all files and reinstall Windows this is not fully removing all files. The reset process is taking hours and seems to stop at stop between 60 to 75%. When I force shut down the PC starts up as if brand new but I can still see some of my files.Two questions:Could you advise if the option to delete all files actually means the drive should be cleaned and as such impossible for anyone to recover the deleted filesWhat could prevent the r

Stored files in Hard Drive

You can use Windows search. Just search for *.* on a desired drive. When list is done just arrange them by size LOL.

You can do it via command line as well and make an output text file showing files and their sizes (but without arrangement)

I'd like to know if there's a way of listing all the files stored in my hardware and arrange them by size, because I want to keep track of what's on my hard drive. Thanks, I hope you answer.
