Windows 10: Why does age verification lead me to a Korean website?

Hi, I'm living in Thailand. Why does asge verification lead me to a Korean website?I can't verify my age because I don't have Korean phone number.

Cannot type Korean

Thanks for reply but I still cannot type Korean even if I followed all the step you listed.

I can see the change of language at task bar when I click ALT.

But only I can type is alphabet even "Han (in Korean)" is shown at task bar.

hi i have been trying to set up a Nokia lumia 520 for my daughter and i am struggling.with age verification i have even tried to sign in using my account but still asks me to verify my age and i don't know how to i have tried all ways if you could help
it would be apprechiated its driving me mad she can't get apps

If you are being asked for a Parental Permission is because the system detected that your age on file is below 13 years of age that’s why it was categorized as a
Child Account. There are two options to prove that you're adult. Since you doesn't have any valid US credit card number, you may advise your friend check to send us proof of age. He/She can send a fax or postal mail to us with proof of age.
