Windows 10: Why does an 'event ID 1000' error pop up?

Hello! I've recently got a new laptop, and have continuously gotten an error with an event ID of 1000. I don't know what could be causing this, could anyone help me please? EVENT ID 1000

About every 90 seconds my screen blacks out for just a split second and the taskbar crashes (disappears and recovers). I have done the "sfc/scannow" and it tells me there is no violation of integrity. Someone else mentioned "IDT Audio control
panel". But I don't think I have it installed (or even have it.)

I checked the event viewer and it lists every occurrence of the problem. It labels it "Event ID: 1000", and says something about explorer.exe. Below is the information it gives me... kinda long, but if anyone could help, it would be just great!

Pls show the event id 1000 general tab contents. Would be helpful if you show more than one latest event id 1000
