Windows 10: Why Does CMD say My MAX RAM for laptop is 0MB?

Hi, I'm trying to find the max RAM gb for my device so I can upgrade I watched a few videos on how to to do that then i knew how to do it with CMD command prompt but when I complete all the tasks it says 0MB MAX RAM anyone know how to fix this error? Hard disk 0mb after blue screen. Please help.

I got a blue screen and then my windows wasnt booting. So when i tried to reinstall windows it says 0MB unallocated it's the only partition. No C or D partition. The only partition has 0MB.

Using Diskpart and listdisk. It shows the harddrive is 0MB and my pendrive. These are the two disks. But my harddisk shows 0MB.

Using Diskpart and list volume, it does not show my harddisk only my pendrive.

Please help me. Please....

 

Is my laptop performance maxed on RAM?

Check the specs to see what the max size of RAM can be used.

Have you tried Amazon, Staples or another on line store?

Or have you tried eBay?

 

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.
