Windows 10: Why does Command L Lock the screen, Why can't I remap it?

I am an editor, using Adobe premiere, After effects, DaVinci etc. I use a Mac keyboard as they have the best action and I got used to them years ago.I have just been forced to reinstall Windows thanks to the well documented Defaultuser0 problem. but that is not what this is aboutI am used to remapping my keys, it I just one of the stages of the reinstall process. However this time, I cannot remap Command L. It instantly locks the screen and requires a password. Command L is a useful keyboard shortcut for editing. I have tried to use Sharpkeys to remap the shortcut, but instead of allowing me

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.

Lock screen background keep changing

I suggest you to follow the below steps to personalize the lock screen and check if it helps:

Change your lock screen background:

• Right click on Desktop, click on Personalization, and on
  Lock screen in the left pane.
• Here, under Background (click on the drop down arrow) you will see
  Windows spotlight, Picture, Slideshow.
• Select Windows Spotlight, lock the screen (Press Windows key + L) and check if it helps.
• Also, you can select Picture, Choose your picture, lock the screen and check if the issue persists.
