    Cortana is not speaking with Windows phone 10 technical preview but it is listening and responding in the form of messages. Why Cortana is not speaking?

    Does Cortana Not Speak Verbally like Siri?

    I understand fully that Cortana is supposed to Verbally Speak when you speak to her with Hey Cortana, however she doesn't for me. All other sounds from my laptop work, but Cortana does not speak and only displays text (even if I use Hey Cortana).
