  1. Why does "Cryptographic Services" need internet access ?

I have recently set up a third party firewall on my Windows 10 device and it is set to "ask to connect". So I am constantly getting request from "Cryptographics Services" to access the internet.I don't know if I should allow it to access the internet.I am not asking if I should disable this service or not rather if I should allow internet access to this service, since everything seems to works fine even windows updates. If yes, then please explain why does it need internet access.

    :)

    cryptographic services

today when i turned my computer on google chrome was taking a very long time despite my internet working fine so i searched around for solutions and i came across someone in a forum telling me to change the log on setting to local system account in cryptographic
services and to restart my computer and that did get my google chrome to load however i wanted to go back and see if the cryptographic services did it or not because i changed quite a few things just with chrome settings cleared cache and cookies all that
and when i went to go back into the services.msc i got the pop up "This app has been blocked for your protection. An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information, contact the administrator." however i am the only account even on
this computer. so i thought that was odd but i got around that and got back into the cryptographic services and i don't know how to restore this back to whatever the defaults were i really don't want to have to go through this hassle every time i want to access
    default windows applications
