Windows 10: Why does Dell mini desktop return to reset this pc screen during hard reset?

Hi,I am trying to hard reset a Dell tablet I was gifted but I do not have the password for. I used the shift and restart option to get to the windows recovery screen and then selected reset this pc. I then choose clean the drive fully. Instead of getting the screen to choose where to reinstall windows from the machine does a reboot and comes back to the reset this pc screen with the options of just remove files or clean the drive fully. When displaying this screen I have no mouse cursor or key functions and it is effectively frozen. All I can do is reboot by powering off and on. Can anyone adv

Wait did you mean hard reset as in pressing the reset button or Hard Reset the game?

N97 mini - reset

I have a problem with my nokia n97 mini. the phone dont run.

I try the hard reset but dont run. I press lower key the space and return while I start the phone but the no run this way.

Is posible reset by de pc or another way.

the movile only displays a white screen with the nokia logo.
