Windows 10: Why does File Explorer no longer display needed information after update

After update my File Explorer no longer displays all the information in one place, instead I have to search for screenshots or downloads, etc. How can I return to the previous efficient version?

I have added the file count column to my folder in File Explorer. However, the actual file count is not displaying.

Clear the 'cache' in file explorer for already used picture tags?


If you set some tags for your *.jpg pictures, the windows 10 file explorer shows them in the "details pane" on the right side.





This list can get very long and with some wrong or no longer used entries.
How can I clear this list / cache / suggestions?

Or how can I stop the file explorer to suggests already used Tags?
