Windows 10: Why does Gears of War 4 not downloading?

    Why does Gears of War 4 not downloading?


    I have bought the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and when i m trying to download the game it shows me error 0x80070015.
    Does any1 have any solution to this problem? Any fix?

    P.S: My PC meets the recommended requirments for the game.

    how to download gears of war 4?

    The "software developer" is Microsoft. But there is no place to download this game!!!!!! I bought the paper tag from Best Buy and used the code. BUT NO GAME, LINK, DOWNLOAD OR ANYTHING IS PRESENTED BACK. This may be simple for some who are used to
    it but not to me. so the game is not available and I am 0ut 60 bucks.
