Why does google url add some letters at the end after I press enter?

I typed in google.com into url bar of internet explorer browser or firefox browser, after pressing enter url bar automatic redirect to Google , see this example video of internet explorer Imgur: The magic of the Internet

I typed in google.com into url bar of chrome browser or edge browser or opera browser, after pressing enter the url bar shows Google which seems normal.

What does those text #spf=1588302839499 mean?


Please tell me what is happening? Did I get some malware virus or is it normal?

problem uninstalling google chrome

Hi,

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

letters being transferred to end of sentences
