Windows 10: Why does it keep telling me this in movies and tv is there way to fix it

Hi So I just bought a movie and when I launched with movies and tv and keeps giving this message and won't let me play the movie. I opened from the media player button and didn't show the movie. Anyway to fix this?

Movies & TV app not working properly.

Hi,

I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key.
• Type Windows Powershell.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

Play movies from Computer to TV

I am going to say this; I am old as dirt and I don't do well on computers unless I have step by step instructions for doing things.
It would really help if NavyLCDR (picked at random) would tell me how to watch movies from my PC to the TV step by step. That is step 1, step 2 and step 3 etc.
