Windows 10: Why does it say Cision after I factory reset?

I factory reset my computer and after it was done it took me to a login screen saying welcome to Cision and to enter my email? I don’t have a Cision account I don’t even know what that is so how do I fix this please

i reset my pc hoping it would run a bit faster but now it’s asking for a cision email that I don’t have. I am 16 and very confused

 

Will a factory reset free up the main memory on the HTC HD2?

Hi, I have an HTC HD2 and I've been installing updates but now it says that there is almost no memory left, and that I should delete some. I've deleted everything I possibly can, and it still says that it's 0.00MB left of memory. So will a factory
reset delete the updates? Or does someone have another suggestion?
