Windows 10: why does it say contact administrator to access a pdf file?

Discus and support why does it say contact administrator to access a pdf file? in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I try to view a pdf file in the website USDA and it give me an error message saying "please contact administrator"...     why does it say contact administrator to access a pdf file?


    I try to view a pdf file in the website USDA and it give me an error message saying "please contact administrator"

    Hello Bhaumik,

    For you to download and access the PDF files, please follow the steps below:

    • Please download and install the UC browser and Xodo PDF Reader & Editor from Windows Store.
    • Once installed, please download the PDF file from a web page using the
      UC browser       by tapping the PDF file you wish to download > Click
      Regular Download      .
    • Once the PDF file is downloaded, please go to App list >
      Xodo application       > Menu icon > Recent Documents > tap the
      PDF file you've downloaded from UC browser.

    Please note that if you have an existing PDF Reader application installed on your phone, we suggest that you uninstall it first.

    net user administrator /active:no keeps saying access denied.

    Hi Rebekah,

    It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

    • Right-click the Start button.
    • Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
      Enter      . If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.

    Let us know if you're able to hide the administrator account after following these steps.

    Hey guys, I need to look up a large list of data from a PDF file, basically just to check if each entry of the list is in the pdf. Is there some way to do this without having to check one by one?
