Windows 10: Why does it say I don't own Palworld on gamepass when i have gamepass ultimate.

When launching the game i get this error.Pal is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001But i have it installed on my PC and on my account that has gamepass ultimate so im not sure how to fix this.

Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Perks

I am a part of a Microsoft family which gives me access to Xbox gamepass ultimate. One of the Xbox gamepass ultimate perks is an ancestral ship set for sea of thieves but someone else in my family already claimed it. Is there any way I can have access
to it as well or do I need to buy gamepass for myself?

I have gamepass, but my son doesn't, we want to play together on PC, but when I try to buy gamepass in the store for him, logged in as him. It says you need to ask a parent. That's cool, I don't want him buying stuff. But usually I get an email I can click
to allow. But the message says it can't send an email for this one.

What do I do to get gamepass for him?
