Windows 10: Why does it say 'No Internet, Secured' or make 'wifi 2' hotspot that also doesn't work?

I installed a free vpn app on my Lenovo laptop, windows 10 being my current os, but after deleting the vpn app my wifi stopped working. I can connect to any wifi I want, but it always says 'No Internet, secured'. I tried to do all of the following:1. Just restart2. Network reset3. Cmd network reset commands array4. Disable/enable the wifi adapter which is Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 in network adapter settings5. Uninstall the said adapter driver in device manager6. Show hidden devices in device manager, then delete all of the suspicious stuff7. Check if any of the network services like WLAN

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

No internet / wifi from hotspot

So I have a Surface Pro 4 running windows 10 was working perfect this morning on my normal wifi. I pack it up to go somewhere and when I try to connect it to an iphone or iPad hotspot I just got it connected but with no internet. Both the ipad and iphone were getting internet as I'm writing this from my ipad and doing things on my phone.

I tried resetting all of them and turning hotspot, bluetooth, wifi on and off.. I've had problems connecting pc's to apple hotspots before, normally just rebooting everything and toggling hotspot on/off does the trick.

I started reading some internet troubleshooting guides, one suggested I reset my network settings on my phone.

I did this - now the surface pro 4 won't even connect to it. It will see the wifi network but will not connect.

The ipad it connects but does not give me internet access.

I also tried my friends iphone hotspot to just make sure it wasn't something with my devices and it did the same thing.

Any ideas?

 

Wifi hotspot not working on Lumia 640 LTE (AT&T) on Windows 10 mobile

Hope someone here can help,

1. Updated to Windows 10 Mobile OS version 1607, Build 10.0.14393.189, Firmware revision no. 02177.0000.15184.36016

2. Data functions well on the phone itself. Connecting to wifi and mobile data (4G /LTE).

3. With phone connected to wifi engaging Mobile Hotspot: Usually notes that it cannot access mobile data. Yet I have full 4G/LTE available.

4. With phone connected to wifi engaging Mobile Hotspot: Sometimes toggles On and provides a connection. But connecting my HP Pavilion dv7 indicates, "No internet, secured". There is no internet when testing email, internet search etc.

5. Disconnecting phone from wifi and then engaging Hotspot: More often toggles On but with same result as 4. No data.

6. No Hotspot with iOS or android device.

7. I have tried soft and hard reset. To no avail.

8. Someone in another forum suggested AT&T has hard coded hotspot restrictions. I have the phone unlocked, used successfully on two other networks but Hotspot never worked.

I want to like this phone and windows 10 mobile but the hotspot is an important bridge to iOS and android for services not available (or not up to standards) on windows phone.
