Windows 10: Why does it say that my pc doesn’t meet windows 11 requirements?

I just built my new pc. Quite decently powerful it has a rtx 4060, ryzen 7 5700x, 16 GB of ram, 1 tb m.2 ssd. I tried installing windows 11 and it says it doesn’t meet requirements. I tried the thing with the safe boot and I have no idea what to do. Please help…

Windows 11 not meeting requirements.

I ran the pc health check and received that my pc meets requirement for windows 11 although in the check & update section it is still saying my pc doesn't meet requirements?

 

Windows 10 Update says my PC meets all system requirements for Windows 11. Upon install it says This PC cannot run Windows 11.

I have PC with MSI Z370 Pro Gaming Motherboard. I updated to the latest Windows 11 supported bios. I ran the system checker for Windows 11 and it says I meet all the requirements for Windows 11. Windows 10 update says My PC meets all requirements for Windows 11. When I try to install Windows 11 from USB it says this PC cannot run Windows 11.

 

PC doesn´t meet hardware requirements for game bar.

It sounds like your graphics card may not be compatible with the recording functionality of Game Bar. Do you know what model your graphics card is?

Here's a page that lists the system requirements of Game Bar's DVR function:

If your PC doesn't meet those requirements, you won't be able to use Game Bar to record.
