Windows 10: why does it say this app will not work when im try to download amazon store

i am a surface pro 6 user, i just bought this laptop a few month ago, i was always trying to install the android sub system to my pc so i can install android apps to my pc, but it never works, i enabled Hyper-V, enabled virtualization, but its still not work, if i search amazon store, it will not show up, i used a link that lead me straight to the get page, but it says this apple will not run on your pc, how do i fix this?

Amazon App from Windows Store (Windows 10)

About one week ago I upgraded my Dell laptop to Windows 10 and downloaded/installed the Amazon App from the Windows Store. While the Windows Store says that the app is installed on my computer, I'm not seeing it listed in the "All Apps" section of the Start
Menu nor listed in the installed programs through the Control Panel. The only way I'm able to open the app is if I go the Windows Store and click on Open.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to enable the app for me to view it without going through the Windows Store? If I need to uninstall it and reinstall the app, how do I go about doing so (since it's not showing up in the Control Panel/Programs list)?

 

Amazon app in Microsoft store

yeah, i have done these steps. but nothing happened. Amazon it also saying it problem with the app. microsoft can fix it with some update, so that it becomes available again. Microsoft needs to look in this matter, for proper and full functionality apps
in their store.

 

Windows 10 Apps from the store wont download

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.
