Windows 10: Why does it take forever for my computer to load when I turn it on??

My computer runs Windows 10 and I use Edge. As stated before, I am a senior and certainly not tech savvy by any stretch of the imagination.I know that system updates are done automatically from time to time, and I see new stuff loaded all the time. It no doubt affects performance -- but over the past few months this computer has been slowing down to an absolute snail's pace.This is what happens, step by step:From the time I turn it on until the sign-in page comes up, takes an average of almost THREE MINUTES.After I have signed in until the page appears where I then will cli

Windows Update loading forever

So I ran both the commands and got this:

OOBELANGUAGE Error solution caused computer to forever be loading.

I received a used computer (windows 11) from someone who had the computer in Chinese, and in the OOBE process, after I select English to change the language it gives an OOBE Language Error. I found a post on here with a similar problem in windows 10, and followed the suggested steps:

Shift +F10, then In command line i navigated to Windows\system32\oobe, and there i typed the command "Msoobe"

After, the screen went black and a message in chinese saying a random proverb about friends at sea, and please wait with the loading circle dots. The issue now is that was 4 hours ago, and it is still loading. Since I ran this command, I am worried to turn the computer off while its loading. Please help me resolve this issue.

 

Computer taking forever to load on startup

Whenever I turn on my computer or restart it, it takes forever to load, and when I do finally get to my desktop, I have to wait another 5 or so minutes to be able to do anything.

My brother has the exact same PC as me, but it never happens to him.

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it?
