Windows 10: Why does it take so long to unzip files when cpu/gpu usage is under 20% ?

I have intel i7-6700k on asus PRIME Z270 A motherboard . RAM DDR4 2666 64gb 4x16gb. Storage is crucial P3+ 1tb NvME drive that is near empty .I have verified the file write/read transfer rate as 3400-3450 MB/sec in crystaldiskmark which is great on an old gen 3 MB .Graphics in this system for the moment is ASUS STRIX ROG RTX 4080 super OC 16gb graphics card . This particular card is only part of this system temporarily since I just installed waterblock . Whole system is on open chasis to evaluate for water leaks and cooling performance . In particular it's all being cooled by D5 pump/res and

Windows 10 CPU usage 100% when Nvidia GPU enabled

I've had the same problem, and have exactly the same GPU model. I was able to set the drivers back to factory default, but any update I've tried (including the most recent) causes the massive cpu usage. I've contacted tech support for both Nvidia and Asus,
and followed all the steps they suggested, with no luck.

 

GPU and CPU usage under 50% in most of the games

You have a i5 processor?? Thats kinda old, i suggest buying a new CPU.

Also, how many sticks o' ram do you have? And, make sure they ard from the same manufactor.

Could you share some pictures from the CPU/ram/GPU usage graph?

 

Low gpu usage in roblox and gpu usage dropping

I can run other games with quite normal GPU usage like 30 - 60 CPU Usage and 70-100 GPU Usage in other games but I noticed that I have other games on HDD disk and Roblox on SSD disk and I was wondering if this might be Disk issue. On the one of screenshots at UserBenchmark results that says to plug in SSD disk into SATA 3.0 port with SATA 3.0 cabel. My problem is low GPU Usage in roblox but in some cases I have pretty high gpu usage and then it drops from like 50% to 20%.

I forgot to add that I have ddr3 ram 1333Mhz
