Windows 10: Why does Microsoft change the keyboard entry to backward randomly? How to stop other than...

I'd like to know why Microsoft Windows changes key entry to backwards reverse occasionally, for example, just typed in Password123 and it was entered as 321drowssaP and that was in Edge, Version 133.0.3065.59 Official build 64-bit. It also happens in google search engine occasionally, in other browsers as well, type in a Search123! and it is in as !321hcraeSNot a huge issue as it only happens every now and then, and seems rather odd, the minute I delete the reversed entry and retype, goes in correctly as forward, so quite curious turn of events really.Just pointing out an issue with Micr

Keyboard randomly stopped working

My built in laptop keyboard stopped working after the computer randomly turned off by itself.

(Laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad).

I have tried:

Uninstalling drivers and scanning for hardware changes to reinstall them.

Entering safe mode (computer wouldn’t even start in safe mode).

Entering the BIOS to see if there were any changes I could make there (there weren’t).

Now I am getting Code 19 and Code 12 errors for the keyboard in Device Manager.

I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps on many websites, and nothing works.

External keyboards work when I plug them in.

Please help!!

 

Laptop keyboard randomly stops working.

My laptop keyboard randomly stops working. The only way to get it back to work is by a hard reset (press the power button to shut off the laptop or navigate in the system and press shut down). The it will work for an undetermined amount of time (it could be few minutes, hours, days or even week) and then randomly stop working again. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day. I have the BIOS updated to the latest version. Any suggestions how I can fix this problem as it is extremely frustrating.

My laptop is Dell XPS 9380. I contacted Dell and they want to replace the keyboard. It is clearly not a hardware issue. Please advise if there is a way to fix this problem.
